These adorably fuzzy quaking aspen catkins are my traditional first harvest of spring and I always feel calm and grounded after collecting them (with granted permission from the tree of course!). 🍃🍃🍃Considering that quaking aspen was one of Dr. Bach’s original flower remedies (essences), I shouldn’t be surprised at how good they make me feel given the fact that they are recommended “for people who are inordinately sensitive to impulses and psychic currents around them”. 😊😊
